Elizabeth Preston

Elizabeth spent her first life in New Zealand but now calls Australia home. She lives in a beautiful rural village, a few hours from Sydney. She shares her 4 acres with rabbits, wombats, kookaburras, kangaroos and one adorable but demanding dog called Maisie.\n\nElizabeth has always wanted to be a writer but tried everything else first. In the past she's been a teacher, a ship's cook, a ticket seller and an advertising person paid to spend other people's money. She likes being a writer best.\n\nThese days she's drawn to that early medieval period when powerful lairds ruled castles and young lassies needed to be strong, sassy and resourceful to survive. \n
